Work is now well underway at the Aladura Primary School, with the project moving into Phase 1, the construction of two reinforced latrine pits, on September 25th.  The team in Buedu didn't take long to get started, with the buildings concrete footings laid and the pits dug. The cement bricks of which the toilet blocks will be constructed are being hand made onsite. The project is a collaboration between the Rotary Club of Glenferrie and the Rotary Club of Bo in Sierra Leone and is part funded by club fundraisers such the successful sale of the LightWalker walking sticks and a District International Grant from The Rotary Foundation.
