Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) - Part 1 & 2
October 7th 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
 
In this session, you will:
  1. Learn innovative ideas and strategies to influence improvement in your club
  2. Learn how to attract and retain new members
  3. Explore the resources in My Rotary and learn how these can help you and your club
  4. Find out about the structure of Rotary at Club, District, National, and International levels.
  5. Learn about effective leadership styles and behaviours when working with volunteers.
  6. Explore tips that work in effective Rotary teams and the importance of planning.
Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) - Part 3
October 14th 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
 
In this session you will:
  1. Understand 'The Avenues of Service' in your club and other clubs, projects that exist, and the goals and purpose of such projects. 
  2. Learn how to access funds to support the projects. 
  3. Gain an insight into the Rotary Foundation 
  4. Learn about opportunities to secure District and International Grants.
Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) - Part 4
October 21st 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
 
In this session, you will:
  1. Learn effective strategies in promoting the great work done by your club members.
  2. Learn a technique that will enable you to tell stories that make your projects important for others.
  3. Learn tips and techniques that enable you to effectively use social and print media.
  4. Prepare and deliver short, impactful, and engaging information about “your Rotary” experience.
