There was no missing the club's stand at this year's Glenferrie Festival. The eye-catching Rotary booth was marked with a giant teardrop banner that could be seen the length of Glenferrie Road. This year's Glenferrie Festival was a huge success, with thousands of residents and visitors taking advantage of the beautiful sunny day to throng the street and enjoy fine food, music, fun rides and to share community bonds.

The Rotary Club of Glenferrie took the opportunity to promote the benefits of Rotary membership, and to highlight two of the club's current projects, RIMERN and the Sierra Leone school toilets project. Our  LightWalker walking sticks attracted a lot of interest, resulting in many enquiries and pleasing sales. The club received five firm enquiries about potential membership which are now being followed up by the Membership Director.

Thank you to everyone who helped out on the club stand during the day. We set out to make ourselves noticed in our local community, and certainly succeeded in grand style!

Plenty of excitement at the 2024 Glenferrie Festival!
