Is your club planning service projects in 2023-2024? Of course it is! After all, that’s why we are all here isn’t it?

Rotary clubs can apply for a Rotary Foundation Grant to assist with funding club projects. Applications are relatively simple and there are some basic requirements to meet.

Through Rotary Foundation grants, your club can leverage the funds you have already raised, adding significantly to the impact of your club’s service project. And this year there is extra good news for clubs in District 9800. Funds available for individual grants have been increased for applications dated July 1st 2023 and beyond.

There have also been some important changes to the way grant applications are assessed and approved. This will mean that you should consider applying for a Foundation grant early in your planning process to be sure of having funding approved in time for your project’s implementation.

To qualify for a Foundation Grant in 2023-2024, clubs must send at least one representative to either of the Grants Seminars. It makes sense for more than one club member to attend a seminar, so the knowledge is accessible to more people.

Any member considering applying for a grant on behalf of their club, or simply interested in learning more about Rotary Foundation grants, should attend one of these sessions. They will provide all the information you need to ensure your grant application is successful and add to your club’s Armory for future projects. Both seminars are identical and offered to ensure there is an opportunity for everyone to attend.
