Board Nominations
At our meeting on 8th October, President Elect Helena Wimpole presented the current Board nominations for 2025/26.There are still vacancies for that Board so if you want to make a difference get in touch with Helena.
Education Chances Foundation
As all members are (hopefully) aware half of the net proceeds from the Farmers Market is distributed to ECF (Education Chances Foundation) and funds are a major part of its operations. It allows the provision of scholarships to disadvantaged students in Boroondara. A reminder that ECF is having a cocktail function on 6th November at Hawthorn Town Hall. A link is in the Bulletin.
World Polio DayA reminder that World Polio Day is coming up on 24th October. If you are thinking of a donation, in the words of John Kennedy the football coach “Don’t think, do!”
