Over the past month the club executive, made up of President, President elect, Treasurer and Secretary have discussed and drafted a 3-year strategy for the club. Also, this past week we held a Board Meeting. All directors and committees are making a great contribution.
The 3-year strategy was approved by the board and will be distributed to members shortly.
Some other important resolutions by the board were to donate $5,000 to the Boorondara Family Network (a support service started by Glenferrie Rotary for parents with new-born babies and young children) and to offer honorary membership to John Hudson following his recent resignation.
I commend to all members the next couple of meetings with district updates from our DG and the bad-ass undercover cop Lenny respectively.
