We are excited to announce our commitment to the Rotary Challenge by establishing the Glenferrie Rotary walking group this year. Our mission is crystal clear: to make a significant impact in the fight to End Polio. Join us in this noble cause by either donating or becoming an active member of our team, dedicated to walking for a polio-free world.

The journey begins in October, and we invite you to don your walking shoes and rally your sponsors as we stride forward together. To register and be a part of our cause, simply visit rotarywalkwithus.org

Our ambitious goal is to rally our club members, along with the support of our beloved family and friends, to raise a substantial $1000.

Here are some key events in October that you won't want to miss:

1.     Launch Event: Sunday, October 1st, at WH Lee Park, located at the corner of Davis St and The Esplanade, Altona. We kick off at 10 am with a delightful walk along the foreshore.

2.     Paws for Polio Walk: On Saturday, October 14th, we'll meet at Elsternwick Park at 10 am, and you're welcome to bring your four-legged furry friends along for the journey.

3.     Bendigo's Walk to End Polio: (Date to be confirmed) Join us in Bendigo on Sunday, October 22nd, to support this important cause.

4.     Final Walk: Concluding our campaign, we'll gather at Studley Park in Kew on Sunday, October 29th, at 10 am, offering two walking options for you to choose from.

We sincerely hope to see you among the ranks of our dedicated team. Together, we can make a difference in the fight to End Polio.

Warm regards,
