With fine weather and Council’s Emergency Services Family Fun Day running adjacent, we had a great attendance of around 1200 patrons at the Boroondara Farmers Market on 21st October.We had every chair possible set out in the ’Shady Nook” area, and yet there were still lots of people sitting happily on the grass.

Guitar teacher Felix and his student regaled the seated people with most pleasant music, while the little ones had their faces painted and chased thousands of bubbles.We welcomed Councillors Susan Biggar, Di Gillies and Mayor Felicity Sinfield.A wonderful Market indeed!Wayne Worladge
