The weather could have been kinder, some patchy sunshine warmed us up after a cool breeze most of the morning.
Attendance of 559 was quite good, considering it was a "long weekend" and Derby Day to boot. Our fellow Rotarians were busy as well, with a Bunnings BBQ underway in Hawthorn.
The expected 23 stallholders became 21 with two no-shows.
There were some highlights:
The Camberwell Structured Playgroup appeared to be busy all morning, and we were pleased that they had a good experience.First timer Tulay's Dutch Pancakes and Gozelmes was a hit, and they were pleased with the day.
The saxophone player provided some pleasant music, appreciated by people sitting in the Seating Area.
All in all, a pleasant market.
